How the directory is built
STI Pink organizes sexual health resources by country and administrative area. A testing service marked as verified has a source that describes the tests available. General hospital listings provide a starting point for contacting a hospital. Ask which tests it offers and whether an appointment is required.
How we compare testing options
We consult test instructions, regulatory information and providers’ published terms. Our comparisons cover the infections tested for, the type of sample, where it is analyzed, the markets served and the support available after a result. Availability and local requirements can change.

Directory data and attribution
Geographic and general hospital records are adapted from GeoNames under CC BY 4.0. We normalize place names and group records by area. Map links point to coordinates on OpenStreetMap.
The Japanese clinic listings adapt the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s STI testing and counselling map under its public data terms. We select public facility fields, translate test labels and assign regions. Localized country names use Unicode CLDR.
